General information
Juntos is a journey to the heart of the world. Heart because the journey is towards oneself, to the more intimate. World, because when arriving there, we see that in fact in "the boat of life", no one is excluded: we're all, and, together, we go.
This journey was born as an artwork by the beginning of 2023, and came out live in may of that year, with my (Adrian) voice and guitar, the percussion of Jaime Tuñon and the lightwork of Benjamin Sancho.
And for the moth of may of this year, I propose to carry it to the recording studio, keeping the esence that is nurrished with each song towards the self-knowledge and the intimate courage of the decision of loving.
The album will be composed by 14 original and unpublished songs in spanish, portuguese and guarani, written down between 2020 and 2023:

The songs vary between the influences of brazilian music in the portuguese songs, and latin-american music and my homeland flamenco music in the spanish songs; nine of them accompanied with percusion by Jaime Tuñon, and chorus accompainment in five of them with the voices of Jaime, Lucía Cortiñas, Esperanza Villegas, Manuel Lara, Estrella López and Adrián Simón; in the song "Buleria del Hombre" by the violin of Jesús Sancho, violinins from the Real Symphonic Orchestra of Sevilla, in other one by the flute of Ladislao Lara. The other five songs have no percussion: three of them will be only my guitar and my voice, a forth one will count with the accompaignment of the cellist Gretchen Talbot, also musician from the Real Symphonic Orchestra of Sevilla, and a fifth one only guitar.
The recording studio where this flavours will be cooked is Tempo Estudios ( https://www.tempoestudios.com/ ), carried by José Gómez and Jaime Cuadrado, two great music professionals that make this place to be ideal for the recording.
Main features and goals of the crowdfunding campaign
In order to publish the songs, first three processes are needed:
- Recording voices and instruments.
- Mixing the audio tracks.
- Master each songs so they're redy for the release.
For the album design and for the physical CD, I have the great joy to count with the great paintings of Pedro Solá ( https://pedrosola.com/ ), beloved friend, life master and a great paintor, that has made the watercolor paintings to illustrate Juntos.
The edition of those paintings and the texts will run by the hand of Bruno Fito ( https://www.instagram.com/brunofit0/?hl=es ) , one of the best sevillian visual artist that I know.
For the fabrication of the CD we will count with the company CDCopiaDVD ( https://www.cdcopiadvd.es/ )

Why this is important
My motivation is tho share what for me is a real treasure: music and poetry. My motivation is to contribute with this little grain of sand to the change that our society needs in order to be a society formed by conscious human beings. This engagement has lived within me since my 16 years old, when I started seeing we're not an exemplary society, but that behind the veils were hiden our hypocrsy and our predation. This motivated my more critical and violent songs against the system, this lead me to travel and get to know the permaculture system, and to live half a year defending the millenar Hambach Forest in Germany, that was being cutted down for minery.
And, hand by hand, there was unother journey happening within me: one that went to the inside, in which I was learning what was it to be a human being in an internal sense of understanding, and in this proces I realized that the predation and hypocrisy were born from the pain that comes from feeling we're not beloved, from the pain of the lack of love, and that they are an automatic reaction to protect us from feeling this pain of the lack. Because in the deepest of ourselves, we beleive that there is no love for us. But it's not true. And in this comprehension, my external journey for justice and my internal journey of self-learning came toghether in the same singular point: the only way to get hypocrisy and predation out of the reign of our society is that us, that conform it, had the courage to make ourselves conscient of this pain that makes us hypocrit and predators, of the lack of love where this pain comes from, and the lie in which is based this feeling of lack. And that, once there, we chose to love.
So my motivation is to be part, with my songs and their message, of the consciousness journey of other brothers and sisters that also choose to love, and create a healthy society and world, where the value is life, and the treasure: to be alive.
I started playing music at 8 years old as a bass player, and I was in punk-rock bands and funck-rock bands until the age of 17, when I went travelling with my guitar and my backpack in the impulse to know myself (what have been and is the engine of my life). From 16 on, I write songs. First, english folk songs (Bob Dylan gave me the kickstart). At 18 years old I started writing spanish songs, with a critical regard towards society. At 21 years old, I record my first home-made albums ( https://siddnuthin.bandcamp.com/album/stories-and-songs and https://siddnuthin.bandcamp.com/album/dejarme-ser ). I made concierts in Andalucia and Madrid with them, also making a series of shows with my brother Andres Iwasaki, great songwriter and semifinalist of the TV Show "La Voz".
After travelling to Brasil (where I start to write in portuguese influenced by brazilian music) and to Paraguay, with 23 years old I record in the studio Music Zone of Leandro Duarte in Villarrica my las álbum: Mis Orillas (2020) ( https://open.spotify.com/intl-es/album/1HvXywox9cPKCo0MKLaJUn?si=khz6J32UQD6Mv86gEjTrXw ), 8 spanish songs with bossa-nova and paraguayan influence. When I return from America, I live one year in the Sierra de Huelva in Andalucia while I keep on making concierts, and afterwards I start walking. Walking, I find a french man that gives me a sailing boat called Camino, which I accept and go to France for it.
I keep on writing new songs mostly in portuguese, playing in the streets and bars of La Rochelle, and during the winter I make up in my mind a show with percusion accompainment and light effects: the show is called Juntos, and travels throughout my songs to the heart and to life. I come back to Sevilla to prepare this artshow, that comes out live in may that year (2023) in the Ateneo de Mairena, with Jaime Tuñon as percussionist and Benji Sancho as light technician. That summer, I make a tournée in the cost of Galicia (North-West Spain) sailing with my boat Camino and sharing Juntos with the people.
At the end of the summer, I decide to record the album Juntos, with the same repertory and spirit than the live show, to share with everyone its songs. Today, I'm happy to invite you to join this boat that welcomes you on board. ¿Should we go?
